Who we are
Data controller and product
S-Corp Pay Planner is operated by Rustambek Abdualimov (the “seller”), a solo software provider. Rustambek Abdualimov is the data controller for personal information processed through the site and the application. For privacy questions, contact scorpwise2@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data S-Corp Pay Planner collects, why it is processed, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It applies to the public website, the free calculator, and the signed-in application.
What we collect
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the product, the following categories of personal data are collected:
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, an authentication identifier, and a hashed password (or a third-party sign-in identifier). This is required to give you access to the application and to your saved scenarios.
Subscription and billing information
If you purchase a paid plan, our payment provider Paddle collects and processes your payment details (such as card data, billing name, billing address, country, and tax identifiers where applicable). We receive back a limited subset — for example a customer ID, subscription status, plan, renewal date, and the brand or last four digits of your card — so we can grant Pro access and show your subscription state.
Calculator and scenario inputs
Numbers you enter into the calculator (such as profit, salary, distributions, and reserve %) are processed to produce planning estimates. If you are signed in and choose to save a scenario, those inputs are stored against your account so you can return to them.
Usage and device data
Standard technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address. Used for security, debugging, and product improvement.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies are used to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as the Monthly vs Yearly pricing toggle). If analytics cookies are used, they are used to understand aggregate traffic.
Support communications
If you email scorpwise2@gmail.com or contact us through the site, we receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to share so we can respond.

Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data for the purposes below. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, the legal basis is shown in plain language.
Provide the service (contract)
To create and operate your account, run the calculator, save your scenarios, and give you access to features included in your plan.
Subscriptions and billing (contract / legal obligation)
To process subscriptions through Paddle, grant or revoke Pro access based on your subscription status, and meet tax and invoicing obligations Paddle handles on our behalf as Merchant of Record.
Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests)
To protect the service against abuse, unauthorized access, and fraudulent payment activity, and to keep accounts and data safe.
Product improvement (legitimate interests)
To understand how the calculator and application are used in aggregate so we can fix issues and improve the planner over time.
Customer support (contract / legitimate interests)
To respond to support requests sent to scorpwise2@gmail.com or through in-app channels.
Legal compliance (legal obligation)
To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Who we share with
Service providers and Merchant of Record
We share limited personal data with the providers below so we can run the service. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations.
Paddle — payments and Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases of paid plans. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, subscription billing, sales tax / VAT calculation and remittance, invoicing, and buyer billing support. Supabase — authentication, database, infrastructure
Supabase provides authentication, the application database (including saved scenarios and subscription state), file storage, and serverless functions used by the product.
Hosting and delivery
The website and application are hosted on cloud infrastructure used to serve pages and run server-side functions.
Email delivery
When account-related emails are sent (for example sign-in or password reset), an email delivery provider may be used to transmit them.
Authorities or advisors
We may disclose information to legal or accounting advisors, or to authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal data. Providers used may change over time as the product evolves; this page will be updated to reflect material changes.
Retention & security
Data retention and security
Account data and saved scenarios are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion by emailing scorpwise2@gmail.com, your account data and saved scenarios are deleted within a reasonable period, except where we (or Paddle as Merchant of Record) must retain limited billing and tax records to meet legal obligations.
Usage and security logs are kept for a limited period for debugging, abuse prevention, and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials, and least-privilege access to production systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email scorpwise2@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where required by law, within one month.
Use the free calculator without an account
You can use the free calculator without signing up. Creating an account is your choice and unlocks saved scenarios and Pro features.
Update or delete your account
You can update your account details from inside the application or request account deletion by emailing scorpwise2@gmail.com.
Manage subscriptions
Subscription changes, payment method updates, invoices, and cancellations are handled through Paddle. You can manage them from the billing portal linked inside the app or via the receipt emails Paddle sends.
Cookie controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from staying signed in.
International transfers
Where data is processed
Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers (including Paddle and Supabase) operate. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, the relevant safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) relied on by those providers apply.
Children's privacy
Not intended for children under 13
S-Corp Pay Planner is built for adult business owners. The service is not directed to children under 13, and information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, email scorpwise2@gmail.com so it can be addressed.
Updates
Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product or applicable laws change. The current version is always posted on this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
